Hey all, am I alone thinking that the quest A falling star necessary to do all class order hall quest cannot be obtained anymore ? Khadgar is in the chamber of the guardian but is permanently phased in the Harbinger questline
A lot of Legion quests were broken by the phasing. I haven’t been able to turn in my Shadow Priest’s Xal’atath quest, either.
I had this problem a few weeks ago. I ended up having to do both the Alleria questline from a few weeks earlier and the full Radiant Echoes questline before Khadgar would spawn again in the Violet Citadel to offer the quest.
Yeah, it’s broken. I actually managed to get Khadgar to show up by doing the Silithus quest, and he gave me the Falling Star quest, which I then completed. But now he won’t accept the turn-in, so I can’t complete the quest. He’s standing around in 3 places at the moment – near the Radiant Echoes portals, in the Guardian chamber, and in the Violet Cathedral. The quest marker is over his head in the Guardian chamber, but he won’t actually complete the quest for me. He just has some dialog options – no turn-in.
I’m hoping that once War Within launches it will fix itself. It’s the last step I need.
Do the Harbinger questline and the Prepatch questline.
It’s dumb but it puts Khadgar back in the Violet Citadel.

I did both of these to see if I could get him to show up to turn in the pearl for the artifact pole. No dice 
I think Dadgar is still at the beer garden pounding miller lite and hiding from all the questers bothering him
