In Legion, Mage Hall, I can not use Meryl’s Conjured Refreshment on my Krokul Ridgestalker follower to gave him 1 health back, before the patch this worked without problem

This is happening in every class hall that has an item that is used for that purpose.

I came here to report the same issue. I tried the item on many types of minions. It gives the pop-up to accept the action but nothing happens when I approve it and the item remains in my bag.

Possibly related: attempting to equip one of my Champions with equipment gives the message “cannot target troops”.

Attempted to use one today, and it did not allow me to target my troops. It gave the pop-up confirmation, but no action occurred. Please fix! I don’t want to lose my guardians

Confirmed. I can’t use any of my clicky-items in my Order Hall followers. 
Have we gotten any confirmation from Blizzard about this b ug?

Meryl’s Conjured Refreshment continues to be ineffective, leaving the mouse in hand icon form following the click on a troop follower after clicking the item. I turned off all addons before testing this. Not sure how this helps the investigation, but the support article requested the bug report to help.

It’s been 2 months, and it STILL isn’t working

8 months later and still broken. I just logged into a toon (mage) I haven’t checked in a long time, found it in my bags, went to use it to clear the bag slot, and it won’t apply to any follower type.
