Its for the fire weapon, there is supposed to be a portal but it does not exist. I have to get to hillsbrad but as Iam on alliance and level 10(dont have flight) the only way to get there that I can think of is ride from ironforge but that’ll take a long time. Surly their is an eaiser way.
Correct. Upon removing portals, they kinda goofed this up. Unless it’s been addressed with prepatch, but from the looks of it, it hasn’t been addressed yet 
yeah and its not like I can abandon the quest and choose a different weapon, probably just level in a different expac.

Amen. After doing a lot of those, I hate going through the into quests again. I wish you could just skip them entirely. It’s not like the weapon is any good anyways compared to an heirloom. I guess it’s nice for transmog if you don’t have.
does the portal at the end of the chamber in the center of dalaran still exist? I remember doing a class hall quest during BFA after those portals were removed and the portal to the crater was up just for the quest, then was gone again after.
This is how quests worked for me. Have you checked the Dalaran portal room OP?
