I recently faction changed my character and transferred it to a new realm on a different account. Now when I go to Legion Dalaran the quest giver Justicar Julia Celeste shows up asking to speak to me but has no quest for me.
I already have my Dalaran hearthstone and I’m pretty sure that I completed a good chunk of my paladin quest as this character has the glyph to make my mount look like the class mount.
I’m not as concerned about losing my quest progress / the class mount with the transfer, more so not being able to start the quest chain for this character on the new account.
