Legion, "Full Might of the Elves", error - You do not meet the requirements

I am trying to start the quest “Full Might of the Elves”, part of the campaign for Suramar in Legion. As far as I can tell, I have completed every requirement in the campaign up to this point. Whenever I start the quest and approach the gates of Suramar (right where Khadgar and the elven leaders are), I get ported back to the Ruins of Elun-eth or whatever its called. An error message appears in the chat and on my screen, saying “You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeon.” I have tried multiple times relogging, reloading UI, abandoning the quest, etc. I put in a ticket with Blizzard, but they said they do not give hints for quest compeltions and what not. I am unsure how to fix this issue. Any thoughts or tips?

I am having the exact same problem, and I’m seeing others who keep getting teleported back as well.
I have been unable to find anything or get any support for this issue. I have reported this as a bug. I was not able to put in a ticket. I’m glad you were able to at least reach support.
I have relogged, I have dropped the quest, I have disabled all my addons, I have reset dungeons, I have made sure dungeons are set to normal, i have tried walking in, riding in, flying in.
The only thing I can think of is that I’ve not reached exalted yet with Suramar, however I feel if that was the case I should not be able to pick up the quest. The problem is with entering/starting the scenario itself. As you approach the Promenade and the bubble you are teleported back. I am doing this on an alt and I have already completed all of these quests on my main at the time of this expansion. I’m trying to get the forms from Balance of Power on my druid.

I have put in a ticket based on not being able to enter the scenario so hopefully I will get a better answer.

Hey, im the OP here, idk why my lvl druid was selected as the author for this thread. I am exalted on my character (Vaelthor) that I am doing this with. Exalted with Nightfallen. That shouldnt matter though. I hope they get back to you soon about it, cause my ticket went nowhere. If you find a solution, post it here!

Hi,
I got the same response as the first person in the thread. I’m angry to receive the canned response instead of an actual human person with an answer. As if we’re trying to circumvent the game or something. I did respond to the ticket with some words.
I would recommend that everyone with this issue report this as a bug in order to get it some attention.
I’m going to continue to push this thread and any others like it in the forums.
I’m going to go post about this issue on wowhead, and possibly icyveins if they allow that, and see if there is any traction on those sites.

If you’re working through the Insurrection storyline in Suramar and wondering why “Full Might of the Elves” isn’t allowing you to continue, you’re not alone. This quest is part of one of the most memorable campaign arcs in Legion—but it’s locked behind some key prerequisites that many players overlook. Let’s break it down step-by-step.

1. Complete the “Good Suramaritan” Achievement

Before anything else, you’ll need to finish the “Good Suramaritan” achievement.
This requires completing all the major story chapters tied to the Nightfallen faction in Suramar. These include quests that help Thalyssra and her allies reclaim their city from the Legion’s influence. Expect to spend time earning reputation, restoring mana to key NPCs, and uncovering Suramar’s political intrigue.

Completing this achievement not only advances the story but also sets the foundation for the next phase—Suramar’s rebellion.

2. Finish the Final Chapter: “A Change of Seasons”

Once “Good Suramaritan” is done, your next goal is the final storyline chapter, “A Change of Seasons.”
This chapter wraps up the Nightfallen campaign and acts as the narrative bridge to the Insurrection questline. Completing it is crucial—without it, Insurrection (and by extension, “Full Might of the Elves”) won’t unlock.

Think of it as closing the book on the city’s liberation before opening a new one focused on reclaiming it entirely.

3. Begin the “Insurrection” Questline

After finishing “A Change of Seasons,” you’ll automatically unlock the “Insurrection” storyline in Suramar. This multi-part quest chain continues the rebellion against Elisande and the Legion, diving deeper into the politics, betrayal, and war that define the Nightborne’s fate.

4. Progress to “Full Might of the Elves”

“Full Might of the Elves” appears during the later stages of Insurrection. By this point, you’ve rallied multiple factions, strengthened your forces, and are ready to strike back at Suramar Palace itself. Completing this quest leads directly into some of the most iconic moments in the expansion’s story.

Hopefully this helps out…

Thank you Atlen. This is the key to figuring out what I am missing. I appreciate your response.
If you use the Profiler in Wowhead you can find what quests [you or] your alt is missing and figure out where to go. It looks like this is related to Suramar Rep levels to open up the continued quest lines, and possibly completing the surrounding smaller quest chains in the zone for the larger achievement. If you don’t have all of the portals in Shal’aran you are probably not far enough to pick up this quest.

I would like to add. You shouldn’t be allowed to pick up a quest if you haven’t completed the prerequisites. To allow us to pick up a quest that cannot be completed, IMHO, is a bug.

Hey, this is the OP for this thread…Update…a game master got back to me…pretty much just said sorry to hear this is happening. They are looking into it. So, i made sure to have all portals unlocked around Suramar (which I do). I have done every single quest possible in the open world of suramar as well. I have the entire storyline complete. Exalted with Nightfallen. Everything that could be done is complete. Still, I accpt the quest “Full Might of the Elves” and when i enter the grand promenade, i phase out of the scenario and go back to the ruins of elune’eth. stumped af

I encountered this bug as well.

Please reply to this thread I made in the bug report forum:

It probably has a higher chance to be seen there by someone who can actually fix it.
