Legion - Fel hide vs. Felhide?

I’m looking to craft the Steelbound Harness.

There is Fel hide on AH for 30g
Then there is Felhide on AH for 250+g

The expensive one is used to make the hound.
If I don’t plan on ever leveling a legion leatherworker/skinner – am I relegated to buying this off the AH everytime I want to make another hound?
Can someone tell me if these two are related?
I can’t find anything on the internet about the 2nd more expensive item.

Fel hide is from BC Felhide is from Legion. They are not related at all.

it’s just two different mats from two different xpacs. A quick wowhead search will give you the different things they’re used for and sources and such
