Legion Engineering Quest "Fire and Forget" - Mouse over Bug

I am unable to turn in the quest “Fire and Forget” from Legion Engineering as the mouse icon changes to the on use action for every NPC in Dal. So I cant click on Hobart Grapplehammer to turn in the quest because the mouse icon has the “On Use” Gun from the quest for that NPC. Ugg!!!

I cant talk to any NPC in the City!

Having the same issue here.

Edit: Tried a /reload and that seems to have fixed the issue.
