Hello,
I have done all the intro legion quests and have multiple other characters with legion artifact weapons, but my elemental shaman can’t accept the starting quest to get the artifact weapon (A Ring Unbroken) because it just isn’t there. Everytime I walk by Thrall, he even says he has an urgent message for me, and other random NPCs will appear around the city that tell me to follow them because they need me and will bring me to Thrall, but the quest still just isn’t there to accept.
