There’s a lack of available Legion dungeons while you level up. At 108 you have access to 5 of the 12 total dungeons.
Given it’s old and obsolete content, why not offer a little more flexibility and allow players access to those dungeons earlier than 110 (when we’ll just move to BfA stuff)? Seems a real shame to have so much content (7 dungeons) locked away to the point that players won’t do them before they move into new content.

i think I am perfectly fine with never seeing CoEN or SoT ever again personally so

No harm I guess, though I’m of the opinion it’s not really worth it doing them, you can easily pop 110 just by doing one region and the boost is on until Shadowlands so there’d be no need to even touch a dungeon.

Would be nice to have more variety through there
I’ve leveled a couple DPS at this point since the buff and tossing a dungeon in there is just nice for variety.
they would have to retune them too so they’re not gonna do that. you’d just wipe on some of those before 110
Even better, you can do 3 - 4 invasions and practically skip Legion entirely. I wonder if they’re going to keep those in SL…
if it was obsolete, you wouldn’t be there.
I agree that would be cool
Probably though if BfA/Legion can be used as levelling areas that would be huge.
Obsolete, irrelevant. Either way, no one wants to be there and it offers nothing outside of being “that thing you have to do to get to the current content”.
That’s my theory. I hate the campaign after doing it that many times in Legion, and even having to do 1 zone is 2 zones too many. Be nice to offer us some variety instead of just having those dungeons sit there untouched for another 2-3 expansions before Blizz haphazardly converts them to TW.
I always skip getting the artifact weapon whenever I level through Legion on an alt. You cannot queue for Legion dungeons at all unless you do the meaningless 40 minute scenario to unlock your artifact weapon. Never understood why they made this like that. During Legion, sure, but why now? Strange.
The exception is Violet Hold at level 105.
I’ve just done it on Guardian Druid.
Have it done previously for weapons of Monk and Prot
/Ret Paladin. 15 minutes or so.
Which classes take ages to get it?

it’s not obsolete or irrelevant.
if you’re accessing it via dungeon finder, then it’s relevant and appropriate content.
if you hate it so much, you could level via invasions or something more time effective.
This won’t work. Here’s why.
Actually Violet Hold becomes available at 105, not 108. But that’s beside the point.
The dungeons are of two kinds: leveling dungeons and 110 only dungeons. The leveling dungeons are scaled to the level of the player. The 110 only dungeons are not and would require a huge rework.
This contrasts with BfA, where all dungeons that are normal dungeons are scaled. There are 3 leveling dungeons for Horde 110-114 and one 115. Same with Alliance, but different dungeons.
It would be a very simple thing to put all 6 of these dungeons into the leveling rotation.
Because these were far superior weapons any anyone could get in Draenor.
Now they’re not. Besides the fact that their powers are disabled, they’ve been nerfed into the ground. A BfA polearm ilvl 217 is far better than a Legion artifact with all mythic titanforged relics ilvl 263.
For some classes I found the artifact questline annoying. I don’t mind doing it on a guardian, so I can tank those dungeons.
Imagine queueing for a quick dungeon to break the monotony at 108 and getting thrown into the Arcway.
