After following the Argus campaign, it finally brought me to the point where I need to complete the Seat of the Triumvirate dungeon. However, at the time, I had passed 110 and it was no long an option in the Dungeon Finder.
I can't queue for it. I can't even make a Premade group and post it for others to join. It's not an available option anywhere. The ONLY way for me to complete this, is to find other people and then walk in the front door.
I can select Wailing Caverns! But not newer content that I need to complete?
Why is this dungeon not available through Dungeon Finder, at all?
Once you are over 110, anything Legion is considered a non-current content and won't be in the range of your available choice. That includes pre-made dungeon finder which is mostly for creating mythic groups. However, you should be able to still make your own group. Have you tried creating a group through "Custom-made" section under the pre-made group finder?

I've already completed the dungeon.
My question is why is it not available as an option to select when using dungeon finder. It's not listed anywhere, not even in custom groups.
Yeah, it's not on the pre-filled list - not sure why it isn't.

I believe I answered your question in the previous post too, but I will rephrase it.
Once you are above Legion level, anything Legion will be rendered non-current content, or irrelevant content and will not be your default pre-filled "choice."
Custom-made group is a custom-made, you can do whatever you want with the level of the people, or place, or the content to do with that group, therefore, in order to maximize the flexibility of the group, it won't be in a ready-made "choice" format.

(At the Bottom is) More. . .
If you click More - most every dungeon in the game is in the list - except the Legion Dungeons. Not sure why they're not on the list.
You can still create a custom group with the name of the dungeon in the title and people will find you.

Yes. As far as randomly throwing people in an instance, the choice is there, but for the specific content, it sure is faster to just put the relevant info yourself and list the group than search and select the "choices" anyhow. It's still true that Legion content is outdated content to Blizz's eye putting the specific dungeon "choices" won't be their top priority to implement.
