All Legion Crafted Legendaries are locked behind Mythic Dungeons. Off and on for 20 days now, I’ve tried making custom groups on my tailor, BS and LW. Not once has anyone joined my group. And of course, while I’m in Q for a specific dungeon, I can’t do much of anything else.
So, a bad design, made worse because no one is running Legion Mythics.
Any solutions from players? Obviously devs don’t get it.
Max level and solo them. Of course, at that point, the legendaries aren’t much good for the character, but they’re still OK for transmog or alts.
It’s outdated content, and Blizzard hasn’t been very active in making soloability changes.

your best bet is to look for transmog groups/mount farming or make one yourself and ask the others if you can do your crafting stuff during.
I didn’t buy BfA, so I’m 110. No soloing, and groups often don’t want 110s around.
You might be able to pay a 120 to run you through. I have absolutely no idea how much someone would want for it. (It’s trivial at 120, but it does still take time.) You can try asking in trade and see if you get any bites.
Two months later, not one Mythic Dungeon run. Just spent a couple hours with a group Listed, on a Friday night. My group was ‘De-listed for inactivity’ three times. Also tried /trade and /1. Not one response anywhere.
