You can still get them, but you’ll have to do the Broken Shore grind to revered on all 12 classes if you want all the mounts.

I like leveling new alts to complete campaing in legion for the mounts.
But Rogue mount requires to stealh in the enemy capital city, so you need to be lvl 60 to complete it.
Are the mounts still class-locked?
Yes, and likely will be forever.

Heck yeah you can still get them. Getting your missing Legion mounts is one of the most fun things to do during Shadowlands.

Not true. I did 6 mounts in 2 weeks. I just did the quests on the Shore to get the achievement (after the class hall quests of course) Rep was not part of it. I did these before SL came out.
The only time I needed to do some quests was to get the mask to buy some stuff for my Paladin’s quest line from Suramar.
Aye Im still missing a few, particularly the DK, Rogue and Warrior, classes I rarely play. So that will be something for me to work on.
