I’m certain I’m missing something, but the WoWhead Checklist isn’t making it clear. It seems to imply that if I gained the title “Farseer” then I’m done.
Have the title; no mount. What am I missing?
Have you completed the Legionfall campaign on the broken shore?

The mount is an extra thing that goes beyond just completing the order hall campaign, which is where the title comes from. As Toxic said, you have to go through the Legionfall stuff.

Quest line for the class mount Farseer’s Raging Tempest starts at Orono on Broken Shore after completing Breaching the Tomb with a Shaman.
Carried On the Wind - go to your order hall
Gathering of the Storms - talk to Consular Celestos to start the scenario
Defeat Anshal (interrupt his Healing Swell), Nezir and Rohash
Step on one of the little whirls to start the dialogue.
Farseer’s Raging Tempest will be added to your mount collection automatically.
Its color depends on your specialization:
Elemental: fire/red, Enhancement: air/white, Restoration: water/blue

I thought, but let me check. I didn’t play during legion so I did nothing organically.
Then you will not have. I have recently obtained 2 class mounts, it wasn’t easy, took a lot of effort to figure out where I stopped in Legion and find the pieces to go from there. Different classes have different dependencies but it’s largely the same.

You have to get the Broken shore quest meta achievement, then it should be available.
Just did this on an alt. It’s a very convoluted process to sort through the enormity of content and prerequisites required to get the mount if you just cruised through legion in heirlooms.
