The quest line for Legion Blacksmithing seemed to just end.
I see no more to complete on my map or quest menu.
Nobody in the blacksmith’s area has anything to give me?

I remember this happening. I think there is an npc somewhere in Suramar that has recipes for sale, in a very odd location.
If its the vendor i’m thinking of, its north of the fel-lava crater, right near the spot on the map that shows hills by that crater. if that makes any sense. make sure to bring some ore, as i’m fairly certain that the recipes cost ore, and possibily something else. but i could be wrong. its been a while.

I recently finished the questline and that is correct. The vendor in Suramar near the fel lava crater does sell recipes for 2 types of crafting mats (ore and one other item that varies by recipe).
