I just finished this recently for Druid, and I definitely agree, or at least change the raid quests to be able to be completed in one go instead of possibly needing 2-3+ lockouts to finish.

Completing the quest awards the appearance, all 4 are account wide.
However, to unlock the other 3 tints you have to earn them on the same character who finished Balance of Power. Once they are yours, any character of the same class can use them without completing BoP.

Idk i have all 4 unlocked on my pally and on my war who just did the questline i dont have the monstrosity achieve done and cant get that appearance
Have you logged on and logged off those characters?
My Horde Death Knight has the BoP appearances from my Alliance Death Knignt: Baseline, World Bosses, and I believe 15+? I dont have the glory one. My Horde alt hasn’t even stepped foot into their class hall.

Make sure you’re looking for the Artifact in the right section. For example my Arms Artifact is in my Two Handed Swords section. Even the secret appearance which is actually a Two Handed Axe.
I honestly don’t understand what you’re talking about, the appearances are account wide. The quest itself isn’t and has to be completed on every class.

What i meant was the wb boss bop tint tied to the achieve is done on my pally but not on my warrior and i dont have that tint on my warrior but do on my pally.

Annoying, I know. It’s similar to how the +15 has to be done on the same character who completed the quest line, doesn’t matter if it’s the same class.

Im still griping that the prot war hidden appearance is a random event i cant seem to trigger
And the funny thing is two of the hidden appearance tints are alrdy unlocked for me without getting the item, but the bop achieve tint isnt

considering the BoP campaign is different for every class
There’s a script you can run to check for your Prot Warrior.
If it returns as True then the event is unlocked and you can go and claim your shield.
Check once per day after Daily quest reset.
And yeah the secret appearances do that for all the classes.
No idea why.

This thread reminded me I always meant to make an Artifact Appearances Community Council thread, so I did. Lol.
And yes, that includes asking for BoP to be made account-wide. 
…no it’s not? It’s the exact same quest. The only difference is the class hall quests that are required to unlock Khadgar’s floating head.
