The game turns to the Survival Hunter and is like “Here’s a stick, it belonged to a big cow moose man a long time ago”.
And then it turns to the Destruction Warlock and says “Here’s the Scepter of Sargeras, created by the Dark Titan himself to tear the fabric of the universe apart! The last time a Mortal used this thing he exploded a planet. Have fun!”
Nah’. I prefer us getting more lore of the ancient human kingdoms, and also Broxigar’s axe is technically speaking a shaman weapon (or a druid one, depending on how you count it) so… eh, it’d be more than a lil’bit weird.
Cool, but weird.
Which is apparently what the developers of the game also thought considering I found this on the Wiki page for it:
Demonology Warlock was the best imo. Got to get a floating, talking skull and then you two can go on an adventure, seeking out a new, fleshing head for Thal’kiel to use, by murdering dozens of Sargerei/Eredar and him going “Hmmm…no, this one doesn’t fit right” like he’s trying on hats
Legion NPC : This is a artifact weapon of emmense power, be careful, they devour all how have wielded it.
Also Legion NPC: Here, have two more.
It was a long con from all the factions trying to get rid of all the murder hobos.
