Is it still possible to get the transmog effects for the Legion Artifacts? Say for my Guardian Druid the muscle bear form for doing the Mage Tower?
You can get every Transmog still, except for the Mage Tower ones. So no muscle bear.

So many people ask this question tbh, would be nice if Blizzard opened the mage tower skins up again with a new challenge mode.
I agree druids need more skins.
The mage tower ones should stay exclusive though.

I’m saddened that I can’t get them anymore (my fault) but I understand them being exclusive. However now that the Zandalari have special appearances for their forms, it would be nice if each race did too. Cause I’ll be honest, I am not a fan of the Moonkin form.

If i have the musclebear on my 120 druid, if i lvl a new druid would he have access to the muscle bear transmog
I know once you reach the appropriate level you will have access to Legion Artifact appearances so I have to guess, yes. I mean, my second warrior created with a boost and skipping all of Legion content has the Appearance for them unlocked.
But then again, this is just a guess.
does your second warrior have access to the mage tower transmog? or did you not get the weapon look
I didn’t get the weapon look. I was a bit impatient and skipped a lot of the stuff.
Yes, if you unlock the appearance on one character, you can use it on another of the same class. You just need to meet the level requirement (98 I think?)
