Legion Artifact Variant Unlocks Need To Be Account-Wide

Variant examples I’m referring to:

  1. Kill 1000 enemy players
  2. Complete 30 Legion dungeons
  3. Complete 200 WQs

Etc. Basically, if you unlock Variant 1, 2, 3 or 4 on one toon, that unlock should be apply all toons.
