This is a weird one… I use The Silver Hand and have to select it from Artifacts since it’s a one hander. At the Character Select screen it shows me with it on my side like a 1h Mace:

And when I login it’s on my back as normal but the one on my side is also there:

If I fix it on my Yak mount the side one goes away until I logout and then back in.

This looks like a bug with having this character one of my 4 favorites. I copied another one onto beta build 11.0.2 (55522) to see if it was fixed there and it does the same thing, but it works normal with no visual bug of the extra hammer on the side if the copy is not part of the 4 favorites.
