I have a question that I can’t find the answer for and don’t want to waste time on something that won’t work. For the hidden appearance skin unlocks for different colors, do I have to do 30 dungeons with the weapon itself turned to the hidden skin or can I use a transmoged weapon with the same skin on it?
If i’m understanding your question right you don’t have to have the weapon equipped. Just need to complete the number of dungeons listed - so you can have a Dragonflight weapon while doing the legion dungeons…doesn’t have to be transmogged just complete the number.
correct, you do not need the weapon equipped to get the progress. Just run through 30 dungeons on mythic and you’re done. And with the changes to some of the progress for certain tints, the same goes with the hidden appearance. You don’t need the base to unlock the rest. (EX: pvp kills will still count even without base hidden appearance)
