Starting off.
In SW, at the harbor, I always see the pre-invasion forces gathered for the start of Legion. Talking to Lee, the only option is to skip. Already have class hall and portal and all of that. But every time I go to SW harbor it’s always the invasion force for Legion.
Regarding Shadowlands.
The portal to and from Oribos is usable.
In Oribos, the guard out on the landing says I’m a stranger.
The head guys inside do not offer anything regarding covenants.
There is no flightmaster to speak to in Oribos.
So, I talked to Genn to get the quest to go help Calia sort out the stuff in Briil. In that quest chain you are sent to Maldraxxus. Once there, I flew over to the flightmaster at the big arena and took a flightpath to Revendreth. Took me through Oribos without dumping me and I landed just fine in Revendreth. Took a flight back to Oribos to check, still no flightmaster.
So I need…a flightmaster in Oribos and a fix to be able to join a covenant.
EDIT - and before any questions start from those level 1 phone support types that always ask the basics. No add-ons, and low level quest box is ticked. There are no starting quests from the boards and the only remaining quest showing in Oribos is the alley cat one.
Shadowlands is currently bugged and the ETA for a fix is next patch.
I’m just as concerned the with Legion pre-invasion always being in SW harbor.
Just did the Harbinger quest out of SW Keep to get THAT quest marker off the map.
Completed the chain, but now when in SW I always see the starting icon of that quest (SW Keep Library) in my view. Not on the map, the location marker that has the yardage you are from it.
Well, have you actually finished the intro to Legion? You say that Lee says you can skip but that that you actually followed through with that action.

I have class hall, Uniting the Isles, broken shore, all of that. As I stated.
And yes, every time I want to get to Legion Dal without waiting for the hearthstone to come off cooldown I let Lee send me for free.
Wait. Now that I think about it, I don’t recall whether or not Khadgar met me with the end to the intro quest, where you arrive in Dal and he’s right across the street waiting for you to complete. Used to be you’d get the Dal Hearthstone from him then. Regardless, he’s never there now.
No, what you said was you talked to Lee and had the option to skip. You never said if you had skipped the quest. You can gain access to Legion content by taking the Azuna portal and flying there without doing the intro, though it does mess with some stuff.
Have you tried going back to Lee and doing/skipping the quest again? It sounds like maybe you left off part way through.
As for Khadgar, he is usually missing until after you have completed the Harbinger quest line that was part of the TWW pre-launch. You need to do this on each character, have you done so on this one?
Is the Warband Completed Quests unticked? I don’t recall, but I think it may be on by default so you will not see quests your Warband has already done. Try toggling that one too.
Skipping is the only option he offers. There is no “doing”.
Warband questing tickbox only supports Dragonflight and WarWithin.
Khadgar never completed the intro quest for me in Dal. That’s the bug keeping the invasion force active @ SW harbor. And after considerable thought, I’ll just let it go since it gives me a free pass to Legion Dal any time without having to use Dal hearthstone or portal to Aszuna.
