I’m calling it now. Blizz eventually releases a new category of “Titan Rarity Weapons”. Legendary weapons become the new “purples” and are super common as end game loot in some future expansion.
That’s transmog doesn’t count
Monks can also equip them but going back to old content does not count

It does count, you’re the only class that can transmog it now
All the other Legos can be used by whatever that can weild them
