I got all 4 items, opened the portal, went inside - NOTHING THERE nothing clickable. what now? since I can’t complete “Delegation”

same thing happened to us
Same aswell.
Completely ruined our ID. The staff person got locked to the ID and we had to clear on it. So they couldn’t finish the quest since nothing spawned.
People affected by this need cinders mailed to them to rectify the issue of delaying it by a week. If they killed 7 bosses that week, 7 bosses of cinders. So when they collect their essences they are evened out by the cinders.
It’s a 200% blizzard fault bug
