If a legendary give you secondary stats, how do I know which stats is my secondary? is it the second highest I got?
You chose the secondary stats on your legendary with missives from the auction house. Haste, vers, crit, or mastery.

Look at icy veins guide for stats. They have separate guide for pvp and M+, the main guide is usually raid. It will give you stat priority for your spec.
Then look up the missives to see what needed for that stat.
