When learning about this seasons theme and listening to interview, I heard someone mention there will be info about how the ethereals make their wraps and what they do to bind to them.
It got me thinking is there going to be a Legendary around the wraps? Could there be a fist weapon Legendary?
It would suit all leather classes and shamans.
The wraps are the artifact cape we will be getting, I believe.
Instead of new artifact weapons Blizzard should create artifact enchanted crests.
Then it will work for any class and people can create the artifact weapon they like by crafting or upgrading an existing weapon. The artifact crest would simply replace the standard crest to improve the stats and add special perks.
