Nope. Just select the campaign skip when you first arrive in Tazavesh, then fly out to the guy who sells the Fibers and ask for a new cloak.
Nope. There’s a skip. Right after you follow Lorewalker through there’s an option and then you go out to the small middle island that has the vendor.
