Legendary doesnt mean entitled to receive. It should be rare. There are epics that take people much more than 5 weeks to get due to luck/bad rolls, why should you get handed a legendary?
Why get a legendary at this point when it will be trashed before too long .

The patch has only been out 6 weeks. If this is too late to get the best weapon in the game for you to bother then idk what to say.
So I agree it should be 100% drop not because you “did it seven times” but since they are balancing the classes that can use it around it it shouldn’t be RNG so you can hit middle of the pack in DPS. That’s just poor design class and balance.

Should only be rare if they aren’t balancing the specs that can use it around having said weapon. Since they are doing that balance it shouldn’t really be “rare”
Do you have any actual data to support this? Poor game design choices have driven people away from the game, that is supported by actual data with the decline in MAUs/ subscriptions.

So with the return to the old pre mist legendary system that some of you are calling for. Its not going to get you a legendary any quicker because its literally the exact same system just flipped you still need the item and all the steps to finish building it. They took weeks-months of raiding due nearly every step requiring more raiding. You were still blocked by lockouts and progression.

None of the classes that can use it are bottom feeding without it though. They all are sitting in the top 50%

My fury warrior needs 2 , is the Greater Ember of Fyr’alath good for 2 or i need to get another one ? He also need pants and a chest could the EMBER work ? He is not lucky u know .

You are entitled to receive them if the dev decided to tune all the eligible classes around it. And even then we arent meta with the leggo. So your logic of Oh BuT LeGgO ShOuLd be rare doesnt apply when your class is crippled without it.
I really wish Blizzard would stop doing rando legendaries each tier that only a small number of people get and that either break their class or make their class not worth playing until they have it.
