yeah but ppl are lazy and dont want to log in to farm , want to do m+ , raid or pvp , or just talk while jumping / flying on valdrakken , its has been like that forever…
crafting nowadays gives u tons of gold , u gotta shout in trade a lot tho.
gathering is death , but for lazy ppl can work
WQ is what i usually do , some rewards gold + gear u dont need that sold for a more gold (or gasp do Wq on enchanter ) ,u get reputation , gold and mats as enchanter.
farming old raids is a way to gain some easy gold , do it on a spec that is fast tho, i usually do it on my feral , 2 sprints and tons of passive movement speed , outlaw rogue / monk ww works too (rolls + flying kick + tiger lust)
I guess it’s a good thing I stopped playing my Warrior back in Cata/MOP and swapped to Shaman main. Don’t have to waste my time chasing a legendary that will break the bank and then fade to obscurity in the next season. I’ll just sit in the back of the raid raining (literally) on all y’all Warriors, DKs, and Pallys fighting over the axe.
I got all the materials except the cobraskins and raid essences for about 180k last night after the initial price surges faded. The rest I’ll just farm up while I wait for the drop because I highly doubt I’ll have it for a month at minimum. Even if I bought the rest though, that’d still only be another ~300k; nowhere close to these 1 million values being cited.
Prices for materials have shot up in anticipation of people needing them for the item. Some things have more than doubled in price; even the cobraskin that was selling at around November 17 for approx 5k is now 42k.
When something is needed to get something special, it will cost more. Makes it difficult for everyone else wanting materials for other things but in the end, if we must have a mat, we either get or make it ourselves, or wince and buy it.
It’s just that expensive if you are lazy and want to have everything right now, today. Farming Awakening Order is no big deal. And I get so many catchup tokens or epics from rares that I can disenchant, it’s really not that bad to collect material and buy the rest.
This post was probably also made in regards to a reddit post that factored in rank 3 mats instead of the cheaper ones, to fuel the outrage.
Imagine being quoted for misinformation. Lol price of all the mats have already dropped back down a lot. It spiked because everyone was buying up everything while it was cheap.
Which is why i wont be bothering. Im probably not getting war within and will stick to classic servers. Blizzard aleays finds a way to screw it up. Fun detected… nah gotta take that away.
