I have accidentally abandon the quest. Now I need to go to Howling Fjord to accept the quest again. However, since in the Legend Remix, there is no reliable way for horde character to go to Howling Fjord (you will be teleport back to Dalaran due to the warning of “out of timeline”). Please fix this bug and make it possible for horde Paladin to pick up this quest again. Maybe you can allow a direct fly route or teleport item, or allow me to accept the quest somewhere I can access. Thanks.

I did the same thing. I was able to get around it by using the boat in wetlands in eastern kingdom. It didn’t kick me back to Dalaran before i was able to get there. hope this helps
I found a workaround. But it still requires Blizzard’s attention to make it so it doesn’t require such methods to circumvent their systems. Since this happened to a friend and I recreated the problem. What I did is after I got too the temple, I flew as fast as I can to get too Howling Fjord. Soon as I got in zone, I dismount and fell to my death. So it can force spawn me too nearest grave yard in the zone. I don’t know if it restarted the timer for returning you. But I didn’t risk it to find out. Then I mounted up and flew as fast as possible too quest area from graveyard. It worked out and my friend was about to do the quest. Hopefully this helps.
