That is a bit dramatic when something can “double in time” and it still be done in the time it takes to microwave a burrito.
Sure am glad we rushed prepatch out then. We won’t be max level for…months?
That too.
One of the biggest DPS boosts to most max level characters was just removed from the game. So of course player power is going to take a hit, which is exactly what Blizzard said was going to happen.
Your ilvl is about to skyrocket during expansion leveling and throughout endgame content once you re-borrow power, you’ll be fine in a month or two.
How many levels do you have to be over an old raid for the multiplier to kick in?
Take in mind we also lost the Corruption which made a lot of our DPS
Can’t wait to have another go at Mythic Eonar…
You are forgetting that our borrowed power is gone in addition to the squish. So yeah we are going to feel weaker just like we did after Legion.
If there’s any major issues then Blizz will fix it.
ITT: Idiots who think doubling the TTK is acceptable because it’s measured in seconds.
I thought it was common knowledge that legacy raids would be more difficult at 50 than they were at 120?
ITT: People that think doubling the TTK on bosses measured in seconds is a big deal.
you miss the point we should be able to do what we could at 120. his question is valid
Legacy raid content was already known to be broken though. Blizzard already made a statement that we would eventually be close to where we were, but its not a priority.
You are not max level yet. So this is acceptable.
It used to take several minutes to solo Ragnaros. You had to actually deal with his knockback mechanics and everything. Soloing Molten Core wasn’t a cakewalk even at level 80.
I kinda miss when it took a small amount of effort to solo old raids.
it is an issue, we should be able to do what we could before the squish.
“its ok if they lie to me”
cool not eberyone is a pushover coward like that though
Actually that’s kinda the problem. Aggramar specifically if you can’t kill him as quick you will wipe due to the knockback mechanic that can only be avoided by burning him.
Not in the case of aggramar. Ive been able to easily solo lfr/normal/heroic aggramar to farm for taeshalach. But an extra 20 secs on that fight probably means he’ll reach full energy and knock me off instead of being able to get him to transition before that happens. Meaning an extra 20 secs = no kill
And you literally can.
You can kill the bosses you used to kill. It just takes a few seconds longer because you no longer have corruptions boosting your DPS.
