Interesting conundrum with the Battle of Dazar’alor raid solo in normals (any level). I do understand that we’re very early into this expac but I was able to, as a 364 MM hunter, solo all the way up to Opulence (and probably after) but this boss has an issue for solo’ers.
By default Opulence spawns with ~8M health when most bosses are less than 3M health. It was too much to burst down so I opted to do the two side routes for the boss but the adds just automatically reset as they always did if they weren’t both triggered.
This could lead to an issue with solo’ers if the boss resets when doing it “properly” but has too much hp to “solo” when bypassing the side routes.
Have any tanks tried soloing the boss successfully? Otherwise it may have to be changed at some point.
