Legacy Content Bugs

The following are some bugs that myself and others have noticed while gearing Herald of the Titans characters and farming legacy content:

  • Items looted from chests in some legacy dungeons or raids are not trade-able via personal loot even if the item is not an upgrade and both players have received loot (i.e. Trial of the Crusader - Faction Champions Chest)
  • Flame Leviathan, XT, and Yogg-Saron do not drop “Hardmode” loot
  • Elder Brightleaf, Elder Ironbranch, Elder Stonebark in Ulduar drop 700g each (Which is most likely unintended)
  • Elder Stonebark’s model has no color
  • Gems looted from Heroic Burning Crusade dungeons are not tradeable via personal loot

As players who frequently farm legacy content, these bugs inhibit the gearing process of our herald characters and the collections of transmog farmers.

I personally have experienced both the chest loot issue AND the hardmode loot issues in legacy content while trying to gear my Herald toon.

Just to reiterate about the chests. It’s not an issue of players being eligible to loot the chest, it’s about both players being able to loot the chest and not being able to trade ANY item they looted to each other.

I’ve certainly come up against the gem restriction in Legacy content, and wondered why this was still a thing.
