Not 100% sure but it seems like leg sweep is intentionally not hitting “all enemies” if it’s the first ability used on the affix.
It leaves orbs up, not way off in the distance, but in the middle of ones it does take care of.
And ring of peace seems to do this as well. Leaves one up forcing you to interrupt the last one.
Hard to tell what’s going on with this because you’re never sure who else is doing what, but when it seems like I’m the only one taking care of the orbs it takes a mandatory 3 abilities to get them all.
