Anyone can help me out pls. I can’t using my “left shift” to compare my item in the bag with what I’m wearing now. And also I can’t split stack item because “left shift” does not work.
I’ve deactivated the installed addons but still not working 
Please help my to solved this problem. Thanks.

does left shift work outside of WoW?
So I have to get a new keyboard because my ASDF keys are worn and my spacebar is super sensitive. Maybe it’s a problem with your actual key? Does left shift work outside of WoW?
Are you sure you shouldn’t be pressing left ctrl?
It’s all muscle memory for me so I genuinely have no idea and have probably been no help at all.

I actually had some issues with my right shift. G213… I took off the key and it was loose inside. It would work sometimes but I had to press key exactly in middle. Adjusting it fixed it.
but if its working great outside of WoW something could have been changed under your keybindings settings on WoW?
I have defaulted everything still doesn’t work
Sometimes deactivating addons isn’t enough, you may need to remove them completely.
I recommend doing it one at a time to find the culprit.
I’ve returned the keybinding settings to default and nothing happen, still can’t use
Did you try turning it off, then back on?
seems like a good idea, i will try this. 
You could start by moving the addon folder from the wow directory to the desktop, then restarting the game, if the key then works, you know it was an addon that you need to find.
If it still doesn’t work, then an addon is not the culprit.
Edit: you can also try deleting the cache and wtf folders as well, sometimes that can fix issues.

i’m trying deleting cache then disabled all addons and turn the default keybind. And is work
