Where the leave party option usually is, it is missing for me this week.
There is NO way to leave the place to reset except hearthing.
Its been so many years, please do your job and fix your stuff.

If they were going to fix it, it would’ve been fixed years ago. We are nearing the end of an expansion with a plethora of bugs that have been reported countless times that have yet to be addressed. If its mildly inconvenient and not game breaking it will stay broken.
Still bugged. It happens if you get DC’d while in the tournament.
Still bugged! No "leave instance option, no green LFG light on minimap, logging out didn’t work. Will try hearthing. Thanks fellow players for the help. Too bad blizz isn’t as helpful.
Here’s another work around that doesn’t use hearthing and keeps you in the celestial court! Join a follower dungeon using LFG finder, then you can right click your portrait and leave instance. You’ll load outside the tourney, ready to hand in your completed quest
