Leatherworking and Tailoring upgrades not available to horde

Exactly what the title says. The alliance trainer Jinxy Blastwheel shows the uncanny upgrades for rank 2 and 3, but Ozgrom Ragefang does not have them available for Leatherworking OR Tailoring Rank 2 and 3. Please fix. This is an insult to all of horde

Just found out that you can still buy and use them, even though it says Alliance only. Happy crafting
