Least useful active racial in the game?

??? that’s actually useful. It’s more like your 1% magic dmg boost because majority of your class options are physical…

Or that worthless 3 minute slow active.

That’s one of my favorites. I can be anywhere and I constantly have access to mail between that, Katy and engineering!

The bag of tricks came in very handy when I ran the Temple of Sethralis alone, since you have to heal the person at the end of the dungeon (and bag of tricks was my only way to heal anyone other than myself).

Also, make camp is the best racial ability.

It was back in Shadowlands, iirc. They buffed some underperforming racials to bring them more in line with the better ones. It definitely doesn’t put it on par with the best, not even close, but Touch of the Grave for Undead was one that was buffed.

A mailbox is always useful. Well, it’s an extra CD if you already have Katy or a working squire. If were only talking “active” and not “passives”, I’d think it would go to undead. Not only will you generally want to chomp something for a buff, but you can’t even chomp your own faction members in a worst case scenario.

Should have rolled Vulpera! We get the best active and the best passives!

It is a targeted ranged heal you can use while stunned. It is preposterously powerful, it should be nerfed lol

Gnome Escape Artist.

I guarantee the amount of PvPers using it are less than the amount of Nightborne who find a mailbox useful.

Dark Iron Mole Machine is probably a close second - no one wants to take the time to travel around unlocking ports to old areas that are in the middle of nowhere.

Though the all time worst is probably Lightforged’s Forge of Light - it’s just an Anvil. It doesn’t even function as a FORGE. FORGE of Light doesn’t function as a forge. And to do pretty much anything you do with an anvil, you need a Forge.

Kidding? I love Mole Machine. I use it at least once a month. It’s just unfortunate it’s been ignored and left in the dust. I am much happier pressing a button when I want to go to Northern ICC or the middle of Pandaville instead of sitting on flight paths or twitching a mouse in a direction while I go get coffee.

Oh hey, I can wait for the train, or press this button to visit WoW Santa…

OP said ACTIVE racial, my friends…

I second Goblin Missiles. Would be ok for tagging if it didn’t share a c/d with the jump (which is one of the best!)

Nightborne is pretty good for anyone with a brutosaur

They never changed this? I remember there being a lightbulb spacegoat on these forums that was livid that it wasn’t also a forge.

I guess my vote will also go towards the Goblin missile, Rocket Barrage. It used to be okay when you would legit go like 40+ levels without getting another active and could potentially squeeze it in during some downtime if you didn’t also mind that it shares a cooldown with Rocket Jump. So… pretty much never. I believe in Rocket Jump supremacy!

LIGHTFORGED ANVIL LOL

At least the mailbox can be used by all.

Checkmate. I’m a rogue, not really any need for BS. Even worse it you are a clothie.

What’s funnier is the anvil has a cast time and can indeed be interrupted.

Ah, Blizzard naming conventions - an enduring tradition of failure.

A lot of people posting passive racial abilities instead of active ones; read the title.

Because this Kagonesti elf was one of my faves from Dragonlance and have been my female elf name since before WoW was made? She was introduced as an elf with silver hair who you find out later is a silver dragon

Wow I honestly didn’t know this existed. That is awful.

Nightborne is pretty good for anyone with a brutosaur

Now this is something I never thought of.

I’m a warrior.
One of my racials only effects spellcasters.

:+1:

Anyone saying anything other than goblin rockets is wrong.

Not only is it a worthless racial. It prevents you from using a useful one.

(also, people please understand the difference between active and passive)

Whatever the worgen mount racial is that I’ve literally never used.
