Least Favorite WoW Songs

What are your least favorite works of music from WoW?

I have a list:

  1. Eversong Woods: I dislike it because it sounds so darn gloomy and repetitive. It is the same sad violin playing again and again. I feel depressed listening to it.
  2. Ghostlands: My 2nd least favorite zone also has one of my least favorite songs from WoW. It is even more depressing than Eversong Woods.
  3. Maldraxxus: It is safe to say that it sounds like a nail on a chalkboard.
  4. Revendreth: It tries too hard to be spooky.
  5. Bastion: I just find the music there bland.
  6. The Outland Alliance Bases: The french horn blaring in a dispassionate way makes my skin crawl.

What are yours?

I really hate the random trumpet in Eastern Plaguelands and Felwood. It comes out of nowhere and is really loud.

I can’t really think of WoW music I really hate. I either really like it or just don’t particularly care for it. I guess I would have to say the general music in the Valley of the Four Winds. The intro is very pretty but the usual walk for it isn’t very appealing to me.

The brewfest song. It always sounds like the goblins are swearing at me.

But I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE, to the point of literally muting the music everytime I enter the zone, that godawful “slide a cat across a violin” garbage Grizzly Hills music.

Angry priests and shamans that spam purge because they have infinite mana and the ability call out addon is basically singing from it

The Stormwind City music. I can’t stand it anymore. Yes maybe it’s not particularly bad but after so many years hearing it nonstop I just either mute it or open youtube on another tab and have that playing in the background.

My least favorite music is Probably the one playing in Vol’dun. It sounds very depressing.

I hate the default music for Garrison mines because it keeps reminding me of Dramatic Chipmunk.
