I personally don’t like Genn Greymane. He’s obnoxious and truly doesn’t follow anyone but himself. He is suppose to help the king of the alliance but some reason believes he should argue with them instead. He makes Anduin look weak as a leader.

She abandons ship while we fight the burning legion alone.
Then she comes back and we have to pretend she isn’t a deserter.
All she does is stoke the horde vs alliance conflict and mean mugs horde characters in the background of cinematics.

I’m going to have to say Orgrim Doomhammer. If not for his listlessness, Thrall wouldn’t have had the ambition to become warchief, hand over the reins to Garrosh to be overthrown and remantled to Voljin to be killed by the legion to pass the torch to Sylvanas, to be rebelled on by Saurfang, ultimately to end with a Horde ruled by Baine Wrynn.

I have a lot of problems with the alliance leadership (Jaina especially as well as Anduin), but Sylvie trumps them all for just sheer unlikeability. Her and Nathanos are my least favorite characters that were shoved into the spotlight this expansion, but hopefully not forever.
I didn’t join horde to be the zombie faction, and that’s all those forsaken do. Undead stuff, ooh hoo we raised the dead again! As someone who quit horde most of the expansion then came back, it feels like a bad fit having forsaken run the outfit. But I digress, as the biggest problem with forsaken is their leadership.

Genn Greymane, Nathanos Blightcaller, Tyrande Whisperwind…
Those are the three I like the least. They change on which one is being the most obnoxious at any given time.

Are we pretending Anduin isn’t weak? Genn Greymane has his peoples best interests at heart. He is loyal to the Alliance, and will stop at nothing to protect his people.
Anyway, I don’t like Sylvanas. I know what your thinking, typical worgen enthusiast. And, I am very typical. 
Although, I’d have to say I absolutely hate Nathanos. I wanted to kick all the parts that shouldn’t be kicked while on my horde characters. The undead lovers are like, the worst people in WoW.

Blizz is forcing us so hard to like her that I have developed a deep hatred for her and all the spotlight she takes up.
After that Anduin since he’s just a very boring character and written to be very foolish. Not a character that should be the leader of the alliance.
