Is this intentional or just a bug
Bug. Hammersmith quest doesn’t go away after completing the quest for another spec, but it should.
I have axesmith and hammersmith.

I thought this was intended, because you also cannot drop your current specializations at the trainer. You can’t change specs and you can’t engage with the NPCs like normal, so it seemed like they intended to allow weaponsmiths to learn them all.
I think that was announced at some point, pretty sure it’s intended and exclusive to SoD.

If it is intended, it’s bugged currently. You can get sent to Everlook to talk to a master swordsmith, axesmith, or hammersmith; if you say sword or axe, those respective quests appear to you, as does the hammesrsmith quest. If you talk to the weaponsmith in a capital city and say you want to be a hammersmith, though, you’re sent to Everlook and are given just the hammersmith quest; can’t get swordsmith or axesmith quests at this point.
If it’s not intended… then it’s bugged currently, because we can get swordsmith & hammersmith or axeasmith & hammersmith right now.
