Leadership in the horde

You ever notice that although there are some great horde leaders, they never get chosen as the chief? There’s that Tauren guy, and the Troll guy.

But somehow, the horde ends up with Sylvanas? Seems sus to me.

Yes that was the story hook for like 2 whole expansions.

You better not mean Baine lol.

The only thing great about him was his daddy.

Dear Blizzard, how many times is the Alliance going to have to help a Horde Rebellion siege Orgrimmar to depose a terrible Warchief.

Can we try sieging Stormwind to depose a terrible King, for a change?

Leadership as a whole in WoW is a joke- neither faction really helps its own folks lol.

Teldrassil burned and Alliance didn’t send aid because they were ‘too busy with the war’ in BfA.

Horde just let their own soldiers melt defending Undercity, using the plague, just to lose it anyway.

Nobody wins.

Seems to be building up to that

They did have the troll guy and he died in Legion. And Baine that Tauren dude all he did was sit in Oribos and cry all day.

Is time the Horde give up on being Hrode and join the Alliance and have the king boy rule over them forever.

Maybe it’s time for a Pandaren leader of the horde and alliance!

It’s time for the rise of gnomes.

While you were prancing in your flowery fields helping dragons discover the power of friendship, the gnomes have been recalled to Mechagon. There, the new high king of the gnomes has been forging an army of diaper babies, enslaved to his will. Soon he will be ready, and the gnomes will pour forth from the earth to devour you all.

Which expansion are you playing, my friend? just curious.

The one where I’m so bored that I came to the forums and posted an idea about a gnome invasion expac

I’m in DF, but I’m pretty casual

The Horde kinda-sorta went by seniority, time in office as your people’s leader, Garrosh’s tenure excepted. After Garrosh, Vol’jin was senior, and after Vol’jin, Sylvanas.

Yes, that choice was manipulated, but it still followed the rule of seniority in office.

By that yardstick Baine is next in line. I’d like to see that, not for his policies, but for the sheer BAWWWWWW and REEEEEEEEEEEE his elevation would provoke.

Don’t try forgetting how often the horde are dragged into helping the night elves and saving Anduin. We deserve to help the horde with their plots.

Yeah, they really let Baine flop after his dad died. Expected him to step in and be a dope character but he was always meh in everything I saw him in.

I think it ought to be Lor Themar Theron

  1. He is a badass. He looks cool and has a ripped out eye, and the classic green fel eyes and platinum blonde like the TBC good ole days.

He shares a surname with Charlize Theron, but is not AFrican

Baine had so much potential, in the beginning, considering Magatha Grimtotem poisoned his father, tensions with Garrosh, and befriended Anduin.

My comment was because Sylvannas stopped being the leader of the Horde 2 expansions ago, in an arc that explained that the very fact she was leader in the first place was part of a plan of the big baddie from the last expansion.

I thought that maybe you were still playing an older storyline.

In BfA you could have turned the tables, but instead Horde again.
Let’s face it, when Horde gets a story it’s only negative and since MoP it’s just a shadow of the Alliance.

That’s why Cata was the last good expansion for the Horde.

Are you meaning Baine and Rokhan? Baine is ugh… no. Just don’t. And the Warchief position was dissolved before Rokhan even had the chance. He is in game our PVP NPC in Grommash Hold though. Even though there is technically a council now , and canonically Rokhan is off helping Talanji still.
