I am trying yo geet this Achievement and have run Scholomance several times and still on’t have this achievement how do you get it?

You need to be running old Scholomance. You are probably missing Kirtonos the Herald–summon him with blood of the innocents and kill him.

How do do you run old Scholomance out of curiosity now is my question in retail. As that is where we are trying to get this acheivement
Wowhead has guides up if you wish to peruse them.
You must unlock Old Scholomance before you can unlock the special version of Naxxramas (which then becomes accessible via a portal in Eastern Plaguelands - near Stratholme).

The “special” version of Naxxramas is the WotLK Naxx with some extra unlocks. You can still set what raid size you want, or go to Dragonblight for access. I still have some transmog in wrath naxx to farm, and it really isn’t difficult to take a portal to Northrend Dalaran and hop a short flight point.
