Lazy as I gets

It’d be nice if the devs crawled out of whatever hole they hid in and addressed some of the balance concerns, bugs and general QoL stuff.

We should not have to wait for a major patch to get this.

You of all people really need to stop calling others white knights.

I have always spoken my truth on these forums, it’s not my fault how others receive it.

They have a fasination with authoritarianism where they want to remove everyone who disagrees with them from even speaking, it’s sadly how it works now on these forums.

Sounds like social media right now… LOL

I did read your post. I responded to the important points.

And what’s funny, you now can “solo” end game content because of all the menus Blizzard has added. You don’t need a guild or friends anymore.

clearly you didn’t, seeing as you somehow got the exact opposite of what I said out of it

100% agreed, haha!

You are by the definition of it, a white knight. You don’t reserve the right to call others out for it. Especially with your past posts.

Aw man me to! I’m hungry.

I stand by what I said then, and I stand by what I say now. People change when new information is presented, i’m sorry you haven’t reached that point in your evolution as a person yet but this is how most people grow and evolve their ideas.

People jump ship over click bait titles and rarely verify new if new informaiton is true or false.

I reserve my judgement until clear evidence is produced. You haven’t provided a surmountable body of evidence for me to change my opinion of you.

I’m not most people, so I can’t relate. Sorry.

Your opinion is irrelevant to me when i’m considered a leader figure in this community fighting back white knights like you and your troll friends in this thread.

At the same time he is also conceited, incapable of thinking himself wrong or incorrect, even when proven so. Several people have pointed out that the OP gives no constructive criticism and seems to put as much if not less effort into their post criticizing Shadow lands than was seemingly allotted to the work criticized. As pointed out this entire thread has devolved into “pot meet kettle”…

No one (with the exception of yourself) considers you a leader in the community. It’s actually sad that you believe you are. You should see a psychologist about your falsely aggrandized ego and delusions of grandeur. It’s also funny that you think I’m a white knight. I’m not sure if you possess the ability to understand what that phrase means.

Ya… no… I hard disagree. You know what woulda sucked… Having to do the entire covenant campaign the first week and unlock the entirety of the soulbind tree before raid… I’ll take a bit of gating any day of the week.

The amazing thing is that if they’d have done that, then people would instead be here complaining that there’s nothing to do except M+, raid, and pvp. Accept it… it’s literally impossible for them to make a game that this forum isn’t going to deem as total trash.

This forum deemed both BC and Wrath utter trash while they were out, yet nowadays you hear them toted as the best expansions. Surely you’ve heard the term “Wrath-baby” right? It wasn’t a term of endearment…

Sorry, but no. There’s a metric crapton of questing content to do, with 4 different story lines to partake in. Is it as in depth as a single player RPG? Obviously not… but… were you expecting it to be? Seriously?

M+, aside from a few annoying combo’s, has been relatively solid. Castle Nathria isn’t the best raid, but it certainly isn’t the worst and the aesthetic is on point. And I can’t say anything for PvP as I don’t partake in that content.

My only gripe that I think is somewhat fair is how hard loot rewards got dropped, while in combination massively increasing PvP rewards. They can’t seem to get that balance right. Either way, to say this is a low effort cash grab is just being shallow and spiteful. Particularly given that we’re only looking at 9.0 atm.

I had plenty of time that first week to do just that. Had plenty of time to do the Bolvar story quests too.

Would’ve been great actually having that content to do the first week, as that first week felt a bit flat. Some in my guild even started leveling alts the first week because they had run out of things to do in Shadowlands.

That’s the thing : How it is now, there is literally nothing to do except M+, raid and PvP. I don’t count 30 minutes of episodic content on Tuesday as “something to do”.

Having the time =/= enjoying spending the time doing it all. I’d rather not be obligated to do an entire covenant campaign to be raid ready.

Edit: I’d like to add that the flip side to the alt equation is: There’s too much to do!!! I can’t even spend any time on alts!!! Ya… cause this forum hasn’t made that complaint before. No. Never.

Weird, I do? I also count the covenant hall upgrades (also gated via souls), anima grinds, etc. as things to do.

Also, if it’s just 30 minutes a week for you… then what’s the problem? Is that 30 minute a week SO detrimental that you relegate the entire expac as a bargain bin expac?

Seriously?

i didin’t say it’s bad., Just that the balance is a little bit off. Wow wanted to be that middle ground between regular MMO and “casual” game.

I don’t understand why people get so defensive when you say that wow isn’t an mmo anymore. MMO are still games, they are just a different kind of games that requieres patience. that’s it.

WoW, is more of a “casual” game, than an mmo and that isn’t a bad thing, but I would like that they swing a little bit more on the other direction.

I don’t enjoy being spoonfed quests 1 per week.

It’s also why I prefer to binge watch shows.

Who’s obligating you ?

Too much to do is fine.

Well good for you, not everyone is going to kiss Blizzard’s :poop: over Broken Shore 2.0 : the Expansion.
