One of my characters are stuck in a phase where the npc Storm Huntress Suhrakka won’t rendor. I’ve done the quest chain for the event for all my other 60’s I’m not sure what the problem is. I can’t see other players either even if they invite me to a group via battle net

Yep, having the same issue here on some characters but not others. Just a pile of boxes where she should be (and was, on other characters).

Same issue, i have a bug report and submitted a ticket
Remove the quest " Call of Duty" from your quests book. Commander Thorak at the bottom of the tower is giving it. I was phased, i dropped the quest, the Huntress apperared.

This worked for me as well.
Interestingly, I didn’t have this quest in my log so I just started abandoning all of them and some random dropped quest from another zone triggered it. Weird but worked so I’ll take it.

I was able to fix it by abandoning a quest. I think it was a Chromie time quest.

My problem was different. I’m dh, I migrated from the alliance to the horde 1 year ago, and I realized that at orgrimmar’s entrance the guards were at war with demons. So I had to take the quest with Sylvanas, near the entrance to the city, to go to the illidari camp inside the city. I delivered the quest and it worked. Now I can get into the phase.
