Arugal has had unplayable queues for over two weeks now and only getting worst. A queue of 3-7 hours, starting at midday is unacceptable Blizzard. We are paying you a subscription fee to PLAY the game.
People with the luxury of being able to login all day are unfortunately over represented in these forums and thus the anti-layering players no doubt represent a vocal minority
The server is already huge and in no way similar to a classic economy. The #nochanges brigade would see temporary layering quashed based on economic justification, when the economy is already ridiculously inflated. 200g per lotus, with a Mafia controlling supply??
The people saying âlayering will ruin the communityâ havenât had half their guild unable to login for raid, decimate raid nights, ruin relationships within guilds and cause friends to not want to Logon at all because they know they wonât even be able to get past the queue.
I donât care if a temporarily layered game is âNot the Gameâ a vocal minority signed up for. It is better than no game at all for the vast majority.
At the end of the day, weâre paying for a game we are unable to play at the moment, this is entirely unacceptable Blizzard.
Covid social distancing is a temporary situation, needing a temporary solution. Step up to the plate and institute rapid changes like every other business on the planet.
Permanently transferring to low population servers is not a solution for a temporary problem. Donât even engage in that argument. Nor is the âthis is what you signed up forâ argument. Small queues are fine. Multi-hour, never decreasing, unable to ever raid queues are not. They are entirely unacceptable.
Yeah, itâs unreal how many people are against layering with some entirely false justification of how it isnât like vanilla. So it damages the economy by dropping all the hyperinflated prices? Wow, I canât imagine suffering through that. Would much rather not get to raid anymore because it takes 3 hours to log in.
Not everyone can log on 3-4 hours before raid because of job and family obligations. I really hope they decide to layer temporarily so we can actually play and not have half the raid missing. If this keeps up I foresee guilds dying because people will give up fighting queues and unsub
A lot of people did. Thatâs the main reason I personally switched to Sulfurus from Herod on the opening of Classic, to get away from these insane queues. Now with the opening of these transfers, they have forced it on us.
For the love of god bring back layer ASAP. Iâm having to log on at 9am and have wow running in the background while Iâm working all day just to have peace of mind that Iâll be able to get on for raid at night.
Hate to say it⌠I came back after being disappointed the last few years with retail, and I get the game became popular suddenly with everyone at home but the mismanagement by blizzard (AS IF THEY HAVENâT BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE) just has me losing all faith. Canceling subscription, why am I paying for something I canât play. Oh, unless I choose to start all over again somewhere else without friends.
Thatâs why you start an alt from scratch on a server with no queues. Then you have options. You wonât be on here writing novels. Youâll be playing the game!
Spread out if we need more servers we ask for F R E S H! Canât ask for more servers when the ones we do have arenât even being utilized fully. While a few are stacked to the raftersâŚ
That works for some people, but those of us who enjoy the friendships you make, and dont have hours of time to put into getting as far as weâve been able to come already arenât going to spend even more time spread out everywhere. I came to play my game, on my story line, with my friends and thatâs just not going to happen because Blizzard canât figure out population control EVEN AFTER having experience with this 15 years ago.
Let me add⌠you are spending $12-15 a month to have them maintain the game. Doesnât seem like much maintenance is happening, just mismanagement.
