Literally having to log on 4 hours before raid to ensure that I make it, in which time, mind you, I’m doing nothing but running around so I don’t get kicked out, to reserve my spot. Sorry and BL to anyone who wanted to play during that time. Don’t blame me, blame the choice to remove layers and what we all have to do to secure our spot at raid time.

What are you waiting for Blizzard? You can see that layers since removed have blown out everynight. It’s not getting better.
Poor Activizzard, they’re just a small start up with little to no funding. They can’t afford to hire people to make smart choices and deal with customers. #layerarugal

2-3 hour queue so far on monday night, 5pm server time
half of my guild is giving up on even trying to play tonight.
this will be the same every offnight, much worse on raid nights and weekends, and people are just going to cancel their subs if layers are not restored since they cant play
#layerarugal Please Blizz bring back layers they suck but the population of this server needs it. Its 5pm on a Monday afternoon with a 3hr queue.
It’s offensive that i’m paying money for a service that you have made essentially unplayable.
Moreover to suggest you have checked the data to determine it was safe to turn off layers is concerning from a governance perspective. There was literally queue’s on two layers during the 10hr war, then a week later you determine its time to turn off the layers? The level of ineptitude involved in these decisions is mind boggling, considering we bust our nut to unlock the servers (not alliance), and you allow transfers onto our server from other guilds to clog it up even further.
I have a family, balancing raid commitments, consumables and world buffs is hard enough. Esp with the dispel meta aka griefing.
To return to these ridiculous queue’s from circa 2-3 onwards is entirely unacceptable.
I can only say you seem incapable of managing your own game. This was obviously going to be the result and we don’t even have access to the data.
Adding voices to this steaming pile of a situation.
Layer Arugal.
Give us transfers.
Acknowledge the situation.
Find a solution.
Do something, anything.
Please let us know you are at least on to this situation.
Please bring back layers. Keeping server capacity same, removing layers and then expecting customers to PAY to go to a dead realm is actually unbelievable, not too mention quite insulting, will sooner just cancel sub’s.
