Layer removal an actual Joke?

What big brain at blizzard made the decision to remove layers to the highest pop OCE realm less than a week after AQ released? Having to log in 4-5 hours before you raid in 2020 is quite the joke.

If this was a business decision made at any other company the person responsible would be on final warning / terminated. You have paying customers who cant access your services.

I have never made a forum post before but this is the most incredibly stupid decision i have seen made from blizzard since this game was released.

Wait in a queue for 3 hours, just to play the game for 1.

If I’m going to be charged a monthly subscription to wait to play for longer than I am actually going to play, I’m going to request that when there is a queue on my server my time is not being charged or I cancel my subscription because I’m not getting the desired payed service.
