Layer hoppers

Is this reportable ? I see mage AOE farming and switching layer, this is pissing me off. Can they get banned for exploiting this ?

It absolutely should be banned.

Report the player and tell your entire guild to report him as well. Create a ticket with Blizzard to report him as well.

Keep these layering exploit threads active on the forums as well.

sorry Slick, but you have no idea what you are talking about. Blizzard has and will ban such exploiters. Just a matter of time.

No moral compass.

Not bannable, world first level 60 abused it streaming with no problems from bliz. Layering will phase out soon enough

If they don’t I very well may cancel my subscription when my 3 months runs out. That empowers gold farmers at the expense of average players. At least in vanilla you could gank them. Now the economy will be completely controlled by them.

How is it an exploit?

People knew what they were getting all along.

Also they increased server populations to something like 30k.

Either accept it until they can patch it or if they cant patch start queuing up again for 10 hours.

You can also unsub.

If you dont like you can also go play retail.

People who are abusing it have said themselves it’s cheating the system.

No, its working as intended. Stop making these threads, if you don’t like game mechanics working as intended then log off.

Reported for trolling

I hope it was yourself that you reported.

If it was supposed to be part of classic then they would have left in the ability to swap layers by logging out and in. -_- Something tells me you just don’t want a ban yourself for exploiting it.

Dont ask. Just report.

When you can use the word exploit it should automatically be bannable.

I feel like you’re the one who is trolling. What basis do you have for asserting that abusing layering to farm is “working as intended?” Blizzard has banned people in the past for farming mobs with high spawn rates…seems to me like there’s a good chance this isn’t working as intended.

Even if Blizzard had some throwaway line about this being “working as intended” it wouldn’t sit right with me at all. That’s now how classic worked and to me whether or not Blizzard agrees it is a serious exploit that needs to be addressed immediately.

Blizzard has said it is working as intended. If you read literally any official responses on this you’d know this. I seriously dare you to actually start making these nonsense threads on your retail main, I assume with as much anger you have over this you must be a cutting edge mythic world first player.

This is my main.

Funny you would think anyone who played vanilla would disagree with layering and layering exploiting since it was not part of vanilla #nochanges right?
