Yeah I noticed this too, as I watched several people die because it stopped working. Then it started working… then it stopped again.
Seems to be an on-off again bug.

Still broken.
There is a response from Blizzard on an EU post about the same dated April 18th, 2025. No responses or updates since (five months).
