I was doing the questline in Azure Span, I had just completed To The Mountain and Primal Offensive, I found Kalecgos and Khadgar, turned in Primal Offensive, but no new quest appeared. I logged out and logged back in and still nothing. My quest book says Lava Burst should be the next quest - I’ve done this quest line many times before and not had this issue. I found one other post about this but with no resolution. What should I try next?
I am having this exact same issue. I put in a support ticket and the response was laughable. They told me they werent able to provide me with hints regarding quests.
That’s frustrating, I was thinking it might be one of those issues where another quest that’s still open is interfering with the progress on this one - but have no idea. That’s my next plan, to try and see if that’s possible.
I think I figured it out. Khadgar, the one that you need for the Lava Burst Quest is not inside the cave, he’s outside at 70,35. I swear I didn’t see him there before. Had the quests I needed and can progress now without a problem.
I tried completing a bunch of other quests and now he’s there. Not sure if it makes any difference, but I basically completed the Green Dragonflight questline, it was all I had that wasn’t complete. Hope that helps!
